Snowstorm Parking Edit page

When snow is imminent, move vehicles from driveways to the common parking area. The road and driveways will be plowed first. If there is still a vehicle in a driveway, it is likely neither side will be plowed or sanded. Please be considerate of your neighbor. 

The contractor will return to plow the common parking area so vehicles must be moved back to your driveway once it is cleared. If your vehicle is still in the common area when the plow contractor returns, it is the responsibility of the owner to remove the snow from the area. Please do not shovel it into the road. 

Walkways, steps, and heat pumps will be cleared by the contractor at the end of each storm, depending on the amount of snow received. In between storms, it is each owner’s responsibility to remove snow and ice, then salt and sand the Limited Common Area for your unit.
