Pool and Tennis Court Rules Edit page

The pool is for the exclusive use of the owners, lessees, and their guests. No guest is permitted in the pool area unless accompanied by the owner or lessee.  

Proper swimming attire is required. Cutoffs and jeans are not allowed. 

No glass containers or pets are allowed inside the pool area at any time. Food or beverages are not allowed in the pool. Owners and their guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. 

Smoking is prohibited in the pool area. 

Air mattresses, floating lounges, inner tubes, water balls, and other similar apparatus are permitted if used with consideration for others. 

DIVING IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED. 

The pool is not to be used after dark, since it is not illuminated for night swimming. The pool gates must be locked when the pool is not in use.

The tennis court is for the exclusive use of the owners, lessees, and their guests. It is to be used ONLY for playing tennis or pickleball. Proper footwear must be worn. 

Since repairs to the tennis court are very expensive and we want to prevent further damage, tricycles, bicycles, doll carriages, roller skates, basketballs, pets, or anything other than tennis /pickleball rackets and balls are prohibited.
