For safety reasons, the speed limit is 15 MPH.

Do not park in front of your neighbor’s garage or in any way obstruct your neighbor’s access to the driveway or garage. Parking is NOT allowed on the main road nor on the lawns as this may damage the irrigation system. Owners are responsible for informing contractors and their visitors and guests of this. 

Owners and lessees are permitted to maintain as many registered and operable vehicles as may fit in the garage and driveway. Residents owning motor homes, recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, etc., shall be prohibited from storing and maintaining these on property unless they can be housed in an individual’s garage with the door closed.
